RETURNS


To manage a return or exchange, please log in to your account and select the order you wish to return. From there, click on "Request Return" and follow the instructions provided.


We accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.


Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


We take extensive care to ensure that all orders are carefully packed and inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@welcometotheloveclub.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In these cases, Welcome To The Love Club will arrange the return and/or exchange and cover all associated shipping costs*.


For special promotions where shipping is offered free of charge, customers remain responsible for return shipping costs if a return is requested.


If possible, we recommend using the original packaging when returning items. Products must be returned in their original condition. Returns received in unsuitable condition may be refused.


Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.


*Until the returned item is received at our facilities, it remains the customer's responsibility.


NON-EU CUSTOMERS


For orders shipped outside the European Union, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply.


Returns and refunds for non-EU orders are not mandatory and are handled according to our international return policy. Where accepted, returns may be issued as store credit only.


Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.


We strongly recommend reviewing all product details and sizing information carefully before placing an international order.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN


1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Select the order you wish to return.
3. Click "Request Return".
4. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
5. Indicate the reason for the return and submit your request.

Once approved, you will receive confirmation and instructions for sending your items back.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


Returned items must:
a) Be in their original condition, including any accessories supplied with the order, and must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
b) Include all original labels, tags, and packaging.
If a refund has been requested, it will be processed within a maximum of 7 days after the returned item has been received and approved.


ORDERS


Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. An additional day may be required if a national or international holiday occurs during this period.


Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by their country.


Welcome To The Love Club is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
