WELCOME TO THE LOVE CLUB allows the exchanges and returns, as long as they comply with the rules established in this policy for that purpose.

WELCOME TO THE LOVE CLUB is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of a product. All shipping charges and risks are borne by the customer.

You should request the return or exchange of your order by e-mail, to info@welcometotheloveclub.com, until 14 days after receive your package. 

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by WELCOME TO THE LOVE CLUB upon analysis of the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we carry out a careful analysis of it and the return will only be accepted if the mentioned requirements are met: 

a) The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;

b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact;

c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order;

d) The product(s) are sent together with the purchase invoice.

After contact us by email indicating the return or exchange request, please send your package to:

If you are purchasing in a non-EU country, when sending your package back to us, at the post offices, clarify on the customs declaration, outside the returned package — “RETURNED GOODS” and declare 0€ to avoid any additional customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges on packages returned by customs. If you don’t do this, we may never receive the package and we cannot make the refund.

In case of return due to defect or other non-conformities regarding the ordered products, WELCOME TO THE LOVE CLUB assumes responsibility for collecting the item. Once the defect or anomaly has been proven, the exchange will be made for an identical item (same size and color/pattern), unless it is out of stock.

Returns

You may receive a refund of your purchase price, once the item has been returned in its original condition. If we analyze the returned part and notice that it was already worn, we will not accept them. The items will be sent again to the customer.

After we receive the items and after checking that the order is in perfect condition we will proceed with the refund, without shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you’re interested in a different size, color or style, you must return your item so that we can exchange it. You should request the exchange of your order by e-mail, indicating unequivocally the product or size you intend to receive in exchange. 

We do not support shipping costs for exchanging products and we can only exchange your order for products that we have in stock.

In the case of exchange, the shipment of the new item has a charge of 10% of the value of the product.
