RETURNS
To manage product returns, access to your account, select your order and then "RETURN".
We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 15 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If there is an issue with the return or exchange please mail info@welcometotheloveclub.com.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
We take extensive care of making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us via info@welcometotheloveclub.com within 24 hours. Welcome To The Love Club will arrange a return and/or exchange and will cover costs for both shipping and return*. For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.
If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment in the next 7 days from the day of the taking over.
* Until we receive the item, it remains the customer’s responsibility.

You may receive a refund of your purchase price, once the item has been returned in its original condition. If we analyze the returned part and notice that it was already worn, we will not accept them. The items will be sent again to the customer.
After we receive the items and after checking that the order is in perfect condition we will proceed with the refund, without shipping costs.
HOW TO ASK FOR A RETURN
If you to ask for a return, you should login into your ACCOUNT and ask for the return directly at “Ask for a return”, inside the order.
If your asking for as exchange, you should indicate at the “note” which size, color or other product you want to exchange for.
After receiving your return request, our team will send to you an email with the shipping label and inform you about the costs of this shipping.
If there are any extra customs costs for returning orders, these costs will be charged to the customer.
The items should be packaged:
a) In their original condition, together with any accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
b) With all original labels and packaging.
If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back in our studio with a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the item.
The shipment of the new item should be borne by the customer and the exchange process might be charged with a 10% fee, based on the value of the product.
