WELCOME TO THE LOVE CLUB offers several shipping methods that may or may not have a cost associated, depending on the characteristics of the order such as weight, value and the destination region.

Shipping costs are shown at the time of registering an order in the store, in the
second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:
- Destination region;
- Weight and/or value of the order;
- Shipping method chosen. 

When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where he can
confirm tracking code to track delivery information.

The expected delivery time may vary according to the shipping service contracted.
or depending on the deadline specified in the description of the shipping method.

 

If you are purchasing outside the European Union

Please be aware that customs fees may be charged by customs authorities when items enter your country. WELCOME TO THE LOVE CLUB is not responsible for the payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes. Those costs should be borne by the costumer. 

If the customer does not want to bear these extra costs that will be charged by customs, we reserve the right not to refund the order value until the product is returned to us. The cost of returning the order to our facilities is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that the customs clearance fee has been charged directly to us by the authorities due to the fact that it has not been paid by the customer, we reserve the right not to refund the order amount.
