RETURNS
Returns are accepted if requested within 14 days upon receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns will only be accepted if some requirements are met:
a) The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;
b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order;
d) The product(s) are sent together with the purchase invoice.
Our team take special care to make sure that all our orders are securely packed and are sent in perfect conditions. In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us via info@welcometotheloveclub.com within 24 hours upon arrival. Welcome To The Love Club will arrange a return and/or exchange and will cover costs for both shipping and return.
In the case of special campaigns or offers, where shipping costs are free of charge, it will be customer’s responsibility to bear the cost of return shipping.
If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in.
If the items are received in conditions that not met the conditions indicated above, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
Once a return is approved, the new product will be shipped or the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment in the next 7 days from the day of the taking over.
HOW TO ASK FOR A RETURN
If you to ask for a return, you should login into your account and ask for the return directly at “Ask for a return”, inside the order.
If your asking for as exchange, you should indicate at the “note” which size, color or other product you want to exchange for.
After receiving your return request, our team will send to you an email with the shipping label and inform you about the costs of this shipping.
If there are any extra customs costs for returning orders, these costs will be charged to the customer.
If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back in our store with a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the item.
